Peace Tower of Light

After every December 8, the Imagine Peace Tower in Iceland is turned off for several days. It was as if someone in Norway had waited until the light in Iceland was turned off, so the Norway Spiral would be noticed on December 9.

As the memorial light ended late on December eight in Iceland, then a peculiar light was observed in Norway on the morning of December 9th.
